Do I need an attorney for my Florida auto accident case if the insurance company seems to be cooperating?
We have clients that come in all the time and say, "The insurance company's cooperating. Why do I need you?" That's a great question. Typically, insurance companies act like they're cooperating. The adjusters are trained to act like they're your friends, but unfortunately when it's time to actually settle the case or pay you any sort of substantial amount of money, the amount of money that you're actually rightfully requesting, typically they don't cooperate anymore. We always ask that our clients come in and sign up with us very early on in the case so we can preserve all the evidence and put their best foot forward.
